InterviewAI retains all rights to: - The platform and its technology - AI models and algorithms - Platform design and content You retain ownership of your personal data and resume.
InterviewAI is not responsible for: - Hiring decisions made by employers - Accuracy of AI assessments - Any loss of employment opportunity - Technical issues beyond our control
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that: - Violate these terms - Provide false information - Attempt to abuse the platform
